Our "Sweet Home Alabama" projects look just fantastic! We will begin to share these in class this week. We will be learning all about our great state this week. Do you know where the name Alabama came from? We do!

What a wonderful Valentine's Day party we had in our classroom. We had yummy snacks and played some fun games. We enjoyed looking at everyone's Valentine's boxes that they had created at home. Thanks to our room mom for a great day!

Our interactive classroom continues to be a fun and exciting adventure each day! This month we've enjoyed learning how to use our Activotes! Each student has their own handheld device in which they can register their answer on their Activote. This allows every student to participate in learning! We've also been live iChatting with our new friends in Gretna, Nebraska each Friday! We're learning how different the weather is and lots of neat stuff about Nebraska!
